Sagom Rubber is capable of applying finishing operations to tubing, such as cutting, circumferential lines for collar positioning, punching for mounting reference, installation of sheaths (thermo-reflective, heat-shrinkable, anti-wear), and assembly of quick couplings and multi-way inserts.<\/p>\n

Two continuous extrusion lines with diameters of 90mm and 120mm enable us to extrude tubing with internal diameters from 5mm to 60mm.
\nTextile reinforcement braided with Para-aramid, Meta-aramid, and Polyester fibers.
\nCo-extrusion capability allows for the use of two different types of materials in the inner layer.
\nA third line is dedicated to the extrusion of single-layer tubes (all rubber).
\nAll lines are equipped with an inkjet printer for continuous product marking and in-line external diameter control through laser instrumentation.<\/p>\n
